Your satisfaction is our priority at The Crafted Studio Co! If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Check out our policy below for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Return Damaged, Incorrect, and Defective Order
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item(s) in your order, we’re here to help! Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@thecraftedstudio.co.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be sent back to our facility in their original packaging.
Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted, so please wait for confirmation before shipping your item back.
Conditions for Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Free of stains, damage, or alterations.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items:
- Deliberately damaged items.
- Items sent back more than 7 days after receipt.
- Items returned due to delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number).
Please note that if the above criteria are unmet, the return may be subject to a restocking fee or declined.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
For lost packages, please submit a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We're here to help!
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (flowers or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
